The Gustavus Adolphus Pfeiffer Library is the main branch of the Pfeiffer library system. It houses over 125,000 print books along with print journals and physical AV, and provides access to extensive online journal, ebook and streaming video subscriptions. The library is open seven days a week during the fall and spring semesters, and is located on the Misenheimer Campus next to the Student Center. The library employs four professional librarians and provides a computer lab and laptops.
Regular Library Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am -1am
Friday 8am - 5pm
Saturday 1pm - 5pm
Sunday 2pm - 1am
Summer Library Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 2pm
Hours change during breaks and holidays.

The Charlotte Campus library is located within the main building of Pfeiffer University at Charlotte. The library houses a collection of print books to serve the programs at that campus, which can be checked out with a self-check system in the library. Laptops for student use provide access to the research databases of the Pfeiffer library system, as well as Internet access and Microsoft Office. Both libraries are fully connected and integrated, providing students the opportunity to use the resources located at either location.

The library is open by card swipe when the building is open.

The Misenheimer library supports the Health Sciences Building in Albemarle. All services, both in person and online, available to Misenheimer students are also available to Albemarle students.
